Week 4 #3

TOUGH session.

Shoulder-Stance Back Squat(Belt):
385 x 3/3/3/3/3

Medium-Grip Bench Press:
315 x 3/3/3/3/3

Stiff-Leg Deadlift(Belt):
385 x 5/5/5

Man, doing all this was a grinder. Mike T is right about the deadlifts, I thought my lower back was done but still got some decent deadlift training in with the belt.
