Week 10 #1

SHouleer-Stance Back Squat (Belt):
385 x 5/5/5

Bar felt light the entire time, even though a few of these were tough reps. Good sign.

Medium-Grip Bench Press:
305 x 4/4/4/4

Bad bench day, do better.

Conventional Halting Deadlift (Belt):
429 x 7

Had to gut the seventh rep out, but it went.
