SHoulder-Stance Back Squat(Belt):
380 x 5/5/5

Standing OVerhead Press:
225 x 3/3
215 x 4/3

Convetional Halting Deadlift(Belt):
429 x 6

Bleh, really need to eat more on training days. Felt tired from hunger. Squats still went well.
