Unless I note it, no gear (including belt) is used

Shoulder-Stance Back Squat (Belt):
335 x 5/5/5/5/5

Medium-Grip Bench Press:
285 x 5/5/5/4/4

Stiff-Leg Deadlifts w/ Quarter Plates:
356 x 4/5/5

Man, 5x5 is tough as hell. Thankfully, only have to do this 1x/3 weeks
